HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER
- Recipient's details: please enter the name, postal address and email address of the recipient, and your gift message (if any) in the seller instructions box.
- Shipping address: enter the address to which you would like the membership card posted (either yours or the recipient's).
- Billing address: enter your address.
