HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER
- Recipients’ details: please enter the name, postal address and email address(es) of the recipients and your gift message (if any) in the seller instructions box.
- Shipping address: enter the address to which you would like the membership card posted (either yours or the recipients’).
- Billing address: enter your address.
